    The Kazoku Nisei Santoku 18 cm is a versatile kitchen knife for effortlessly slicing meat, fish and vegetables. Thanks to its wide blade and relatively flat edge, you can work accurately and with control when slicing and chopping. The dimples in the blade help prevent ingredients from sticking to the knife while cutting. The blade is made of German molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel with a hardness of 56 HRC, making the knife sturdy, rust-resistant and easy to maintain. The comfortable pakkawood handle feels pleasant in the hand and provides a good grip while cutting. Weighing 193 grams, the knife feels sturdy without being unnecessarily heavy. A practical all-rounder from the Kazoku Nisei series that is ideal for everyday use in the kitchen.
