General TSO's Chicken is a “world-famous” dish in the US. Chicken in a special sweet-and-sour sauce with rice and broccoli. No one echt knew how this dish became so popular until Netflix dedicated a documentary to it. Using this sauce as a base, together with the traditional ingredients used in this dish, you can now make this popular American-Chinese dish at home too.

Saus.Guru’s General TSO sauce is also perfect for a wide range of other culinary applications, such as on pork belly, roasted vegetables and meat substitutes. It also works as a dressing for crunchy salads, on burgers and hot dogs, bánh mì sandwiches and many other meals and snacks. Use it for stewing, stir-frying, marinating, grilling or dipping.
