    Saus.Guru’s Spring Roll Sauce is inspired by the Thai version that is traditionally served with fresh, uncooked spring rolls. Mainly during spring festivals; hence the name. The ingredients in this sauce are tailored to the fresh and vibrant flavours that the new spring season has to offer. A beautiful balance of fresh, sweet flavours with a mild spiciness from the herbs, spices and chilli pepper.

    Saus.Guru’s Spring Roll Sauce contains a carefully selected assortment of herbs and spices, with citrus also added. It is a perfect match for dishes with crunchy vegetables, roasted duck (Peking Duck), roasted suckling pig, stir-fried prawns. Or enjoy it as a snack with, for example, filled Bao Buns, risoles, pastries and, of course, fried spring rolls. Use it for stewing, marinating and stir-frying, to dip your sushi in or drizzle over chicken wings, roasted pork or a crunchy salad.
