    With this half cast iron grate, you can get even more out of your kamado. Cast iron retains heat exceptionally well and creates the bold grill marks and delicious crust you’re looking for on steaks, burgers and vegetables, for example.

    Thanks to the half-moon design, you use only one half of the grilling surface. This allows you to use the other half simultaneously for a different cooking technique or combine it with another half-moon accessory.
