    Making satay yourself? With Van Beekum Satay Mix, you can give your skewers that deliciously spiced satay flavor in one go. The mix combines paprika, coriander, ginger, cumin, galangal, garlic and lemongrass, among other spices, for a warm, savory flavor with a mildly spicy kick.

    Perfect for a generous batch of chicken satay on the BBQ, but also delicious with pork, shrimp or vegetable skewers. Mix the spices with the meat and a little oil, then let it marinate briefly before placing the skewers on the grill. It’s also excellent for seasoning tofu and tempeh.
