The high-quality leather removes small burrs and imperfections left behind after sharpening, allowing your knife to cut more smoothly and precisely. The stropping block has two leather sides: a slightly coarser side for the initial finishing and a smooth side for finer polishing. Thanks to its ergonomically shaped wooden handle, the block feels comfortable in your hand, allowing you to work with control.
